DONJOY safety valve is a spring slightly lifted exhaust valve. Its basic structure is composed of valve body, valve disc, spring, upper cover, adjusting bolts and other components. The pre-tightening force of the compression spring is transmitted to the valve disc through the valve stem. When the pressure on the pressure surface is
greater than or equal to the spring preload, the valve will automatically take off and release the pressure until the valve closes automatically when the pressure on the pressure surface of the disc is less than the spring force.

Safety valve applicaitons

• Hygienic Safety relief valves are used on pressurized equipment, vessels, or pipelines as overpressure protection devices.
• When the equipment is overpressurized and reaches a set value, the valve opens automatically.

Technical Features

The state of the excretory medium can be observed through the acrylic viewing window, which also prevents small amounts of excretory fluid from accumulating inside the sight glass window. The glass can be easily removed for cleaning.
